    Hi my name is Matthew Steinman. I worked at store 1976 outside garden for 5 months ! I left and the reason is that my Manager aurter would not talk to me when a reached out to him 4 times to please call me . Reason being I had a ongoing problem with a coworker my Manager and ASM were aware of nothing changed no call no text nothing. I was a good employee. I came to work everyday did my job and got several customers doing the online survey with high praise about me ! So long story short I left because I thought the problem between me and my co worker was going to escalate. I thought Lowes was a family but not 1976 it is a toxic environment and I am upset I am not there honest and my district manager Sam was Awesome but know one has even contacted me about leaving. Sad.

    I have visited Lowes in Burlington Iowa and I am very diisappointed. Calling a manager for help you have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for a response. I paid for a microwave cart and it was over a month and never had a response. So appartently it was never ordered or your company doesn”t care what the customer wants. So I asked for a refund. I won”t shop LOwes again. Plus you have to wait for certain dealings because their registers aren”t set up to do everything, so you have to wait for the right register to be open. Nonsense.
