    I am bank client of Citibank Taiwan Branch.
    Citibank Taiwan Branch refuse to me to open OBU Account under Delware USA Registration.
    They nonstop advise us to open OBU Account under British Virgin Island under United Kingdom Registration.
    Please fix this branch so we can keep doing business with USA.

    I have been a Citibank customer for over 20 plus years, and my children are now with Citibank. Within the past week, has made charges on my account without my permission, taking all the funds that I have. On December 12, 2020, I contacted the Fraud Dept. because of an alert I received, and was informed not only Wish, but another entity made fraud charges. I informed James the Rep., to please block Wish and the other entity. I was told this would happen, my account was blocked, on Tues Dec. 15th, received new card, and on Dec 18th, Wish made more charges after I was told they were blocked. I can’t get my medicine which I have been waiting on since Dec 12th, and there’s no money in my account. Once again I will get a new card, and have to wait 10 more days for a credit. I requested, since Citibank didn’t block these companies like I requested on the 12th, what is a new card, (that I didn’t get a chance to use or change over my auto billings), gonna do if Citibank don’t block. I don’t use Mobile Wallet at all. However is being allowed to do this I don’t know. It is urgent that I receive that new card and the funds fraudulently deducted from my account when it should have been blocked like I was informed, returned immediately. This has gotten my blood pressure way high, and I still don’t have the ability to access my account for the funds to get my medicine. I’m asking Corporate Headquarters to show Customer Care, and handle this matter immediately. Thank you.

  3. i am in the same situation as you, they have not and probably will not help you!
    i called several times at least 15, i emailed and disputed the charge at least a dozen times!!
    my last call was ( no joking ) 12 agents, 3 hours hung up on 3 times and talked to the “highest” agent i could!!! still no answers. I wish you luck, all i can say is find another card service because this company don’t care about you, me or anyone else. recently have heard a lot of bad things about citi.

I opened a checking account and deposited my unemployment check and as soon as the funds cleared and became available I tried wiring my wife money and it failed then I was locked out of my account and told to contact the fraud department. They wanted a phone number to verify my identity which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard and they told me the phone number I opened the account with was not verifiable that I had to get a phone in my name (the phone I had was in my fiance’s name) so I did and they told me that phone number was also unverifiable but won’t tell me anything else. 2 months later I am still locked out of my account and have no access to my funds because the have my card locked as well. This is ridiculous

  5. Citibank closed my account for no reason and refuses to give me my money back for 30 days till the cut me a check for no reason. I’m gonna end up home be I cant access any of my funds.

  6. I am a Citi Card holder with COSTCO> I think someone may be embezzling or otherwise stealing money from you. I have reason to believe that something is amiss, perhaps embezzlement, with my account statement. It keeps coming up $0.00 New Balance. Just thought you would want to know.

  7. I have been a Citi bank member for several years up until I had a fraud charge to my account and no help at all from customer service. So I switched banks and in the process of switching banks i received a cruise line refund that was sent to my closed account. I received all the documents from the cruise line the date of refund, amount, and acceptance that Citi Bank had received the funds 3/15/2021 it is now 6/1/2021 and I keep getting told to call back in 7 days to see the process of my refund which will be sent Via Check from Citi Bank since the account is closed. Worst customer service I have ever received. The Bank literally took my refund deposited it and is giving me a run around to get it back. I thought the fraud issue was bad looks like Citi has bad service all around in alot of departments.

  8. I had a check send to me to be a shopper and found out it was fraud I have all the paperwork to prove it was send to me an citi bank closed out all my accounts and I cannot get new account and they will not talk too me about it
