My name is Matthew Roberts. My family and I are victims of what I found to be a highly organized group of pedophiles, identity thieves, drug dealers and extortionist for espionage against the United States of America. After realizing what it was, I dropped everything at the cost of my family and I tracked down a group of them and took a scavenger hunt that lead me to find there pattern and true intentions.
BLM and NAMBLA have joined forces under the human studies program that provides them with access to a Satellite system to conduct meta data and Bio-meta data collection. From there, the only assumption is that it’s for the use of the University systems of America. That may be true, but what I found is very much the opposite. It’s a census that is being conducted via the human studies program that then is being packaged in multiple ways and then sent over seas and being sold on a meta verse world.
They have set there networks up around United States AirForce bases and Joint reserve bases as well several large US Army bases in Texas, Oklahoma, Washington state and Missouri, each with there own speciality. The same goes for USN in Florida, California and Virginia and again for the same reasons. This network includes BLM members, NAMBLA representation and foreign Nationals from Northern and Eastern Africa. They have combined under the human studies program and the access to a Satellite system and they have found a way to make an AI extortion to suicide machine to target the families of US veterans. They are also conducting passive surveillance on active duty, enlisted and commissioned military for espionage and blackmail to sex-tortion. They have also created a AI child grooming operation for the purposes of feeding Pedo hotels and the attempt to make there own child sex slaves that can be controlled via cell phone like a whip or a leash. The same goes for a school shooter AI program, believing it will push a white supremacists narrative and a way to disarm American citizens. That makes me wonder about the census and the data being packaged and sold overseas. The same goes for work place violence to cover espionage (Norfolk VA).
They target US veterans and families of federal law enforcement, Targeting there families first, for surveillance, to disrupt there house holds through the use of a GPS delivered Sonic to get in the heads of people, both passive and active. They have built there AI system around the Sonic and GPS delivery. They call it “Being put in Demon Time.” Very heavy focus on young girls, and school shooters AI program. Again children being passively surveiled are a form of espionage and easy to hide in many complaints of children being mistaken for mental health or social issues to home problems.
The use of the GPS delivered Sonic is something that is of National security risk of the highest levels. The targeting of active duty in communication and Intel units, allow for a lightning speed relay of information that is generated via thoughts, reading and sound. That then can be Instantly sent to the broker or put in the meta verse and relayed to our nation’s enemies and what I have found, that is the truth as well with a current census of military, veterans and law enforcement capable of organizing civilians if needed and training them, as well as there capabilities, physical readiness and inventory of fire arms to defend themselves and the nation if need be. As a victim of this, the AI extortion system focuses very heavily on the demanding of any information USG, DOD and DOJ. The emphasis being on US military training, command and structure, equipment and personal. It demands the information, while torturing you with all of the tools provided via the human studies program and a constant threat to family and friends. They refer to this as cubing the brain for a memory recall research program and speech control. That heavily plays in to the NAMBLA roll in this. Electronic child grooming for sex slaves!
With that said, I’ll tell you, they have attempted to murder me several times, murdered my girlfriends son, a Spanish citizen, Cuban National and permanent resident of the United States. They attempted to murder my son, as well as his brother and his girlfriend with a planned home invasion, that was stopped by my son.
They have created what they call a D-Ray out of the satellite system. It’s a combination of GPS land surveyor markers shot in a burst with targeted RF at the frontal lobe of the brain, and the use of the tools for the bio meta data collection at other organs and glands or central nervous system, to create a temporary black out, causing a downward push and leftward slump causing the driver to have a head on accident or go off of an overpass. They have what they call BLM demon rape parties where they get together with others from around the country and team up on people driving down the road, or the children of law enforcement they are targeting to do this to. Something to remember about this, is that it is 100% racially motivated, as what they say is dominance over white and brown families of military and law enforcement for some kind of racial revenge of something that has never happened to any of them, nor have any of us committed any such racial injustice.
In Texas, Kinfolk MC, Banditos MC and Insanity Kings MC are all involved in this and using it for forced prostitution and human trafficking to revenge on people they just don’t like. I’m sure the same in other States. As a victim of this, I would have to say, it seems the human studies program is nothing more then a mass criminal and pedophile operation dedicated to the destruction of the core nucleus family and foreign Nationals commiting espionage against the United States of America. Combined they call it the Cucking of white and brown families for black dominance and revenge on law enforcement and US military.
They are impersonating DEA, FBI and the CIA saying they are cultivating terrorism inside of the United States to show that all white men are white supremacists and targeting them with the use of Sonic and the other tools provided, in a red on red tactics situation first aimed at the family, then co-workers or innocent people. They are calling it mine control or mine to control and blaming everything they are doing on Muslims (very important in the torture to suicide on US veterans), on church people and on law enforcement. The goal being to get a white man to shoot up a school, church or work place.
They are working this out of public housing units in makeshift computer labs that resemble music studios but are identity theft labs and a place of the digital creation of child pornography used from the stolen images from people’s electronic devices they hack. The child pornography is used for setting people up for crimes they don’t commit, blackmail and sex-tortion. This also plays in to the creation or cultivating of acts of terrorism. This takes me to another place.
Several years ago in Norfolk VA, on the US Naval base there was a Naval Veteran who became, presumptuously a victim of the same thing I have experienced. He complained about hearing numbers coming from the walls, sound all around him. After making multiple complaints to the FBI with no results, he ended up doing the unthinkable. This is where the espionage comes in to play. He worked in avionics and communication and took a job leaving the Navy as a tech rep on base in a “I” level shop repairing communication devices for a specific command. This is a job that carries secret plus clearince. In my experience, the extortion to suicide machine is the result of this. I was lucky enough to have recognized it immediately and knew how to combat it as much as possible keeping in mind who I was and what reality is. He turned a shotgun on his co-workers with the knowledge that several of them were in to hobby communication like shortwave and HAM radio operators. This is something that needs to be heavily looked at. The best case scenario for someone using Sonic for espionage is to make the target a human recording device and then drive the target crazy to suicide, homeless or to commit a crime that will take care of the problem for the people commiting the actual espionage.
I have reported this to the BATF and have been running a email journal via a tip line, knowing that direct contact with law enforcement will make them a target and open any investigation up to the criminals. (Abilene tx, Courtyard apartment complex is what they call the PD that I found, they use it conduct surveillance on local law enforcement, local federal field offices). I have also reported to DOD, FBI, DHS, Texas DPS and CIA. I found a group of them in Colorado springs CO set up out side the UNITED STATES AIRFORCE ACADEMY!!!!!. I have been reporting them to law enforcement for well over a year after finding them and there pattern in multiple States from California to Florida and in simple understanding of what and why.
In conclusion I am asking for a investigation in to the use of the human studies program and it’s actual intention, as it seems that it is being run by street level criminals, gang bangers, pedophiles and foreign Nationals with a heavy distaste for the United States of America and it’s citizens. I’m asking for a investigation in to the suicide rates of US veterans starting back 5 years ago, when the surge of suicide was like a pandemic across the country and with no explanation.
