  1. I bought a Sams Club Membership from Groupon. I bought the $35 membership, but the directions to redeem the voucher are not working. I have attempted to call my local store for assistance as I read a post that Groupon Directions were not good and that Sams Club was very helpful in the process of activating the voucher. I am concerned as the voucher expires on the 31st of May. Please advise.

  2. Today, June 4, 2021 at about 2:30 PM EST, I visited your store in Reynoldsburg/Pickerington, Ohio. The store was very busy. I needed an electric mobility shopping cart, but had to walk to the door. I was told all the carts were in use. There was no place to sit and wait for the electric cart, so I stood aside in the entryway, and waited for 15 to 20 minutes. In this time, I saw one lady enter the store using an electric cart. I took a regular push cart and attempted to enter the store, but my leg would not cooperate and I knew I would not be able to continue. So I told an attendant that I was leaving, but would perhaps be back when they weren’t quite so busy. At the exit, I saw _three_ electric carts; all were plugged into outlets but all displayed “Ready” signs. So I took one and went back in.

Imagine my dismay when, halfway through my shopping, the cart’s batteries ran low and it stopped! I am genuinely handicapped. I am a one-hundred-percent disabled U.S. Army veteran. I tried to get the attention of a floor person, but instead had to abandon my order and walk, slowly, to the front of the store. I told a floor supervisor that the cart was back by the coolers, but that I was leaving and would not be back. And in fact, I will not return to that store. I have never in the past had any such incident at any of the other Sam’s Club stores where I have shopped.
