Your customer service response time REALLY suck. i was directed to call your 800 731-2265 customer service number to resolve a Zelle money transfer issue I experienced today. Your greeting on that number warns customers that there may be a two hour hold time. I was on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes the first time when the line went dead. Called back again and was on hold for another one hour and 20 minutes when the line went dead again. Is your management that ill-prepared to handle anticipated customer issues /questions as a result of the First Midwest Bank merger in my area? Why wasn’t there sufficient staffing t0 handle us? Being on hold for over three hours with two disconnects is totally unacceptable. Never had any issues similar to this with FMWB.
My Zelle account was put on hold for security reasons according to the email notice sent me however, your solution is to call the “black hole” 800 # which takes you to never-never land.

    Please help!!! Richard Elliott
