  1. I have a complaint, I ordered a product because of the quoted price. When I got my order it was twice the price quoted. I was told I could send back my products and have my card refunded. After thinking about it, I feel that the pharmacy should have charged me what was quoted and taken the lost instead of me. The also needed to train their employees to quote right prices. I have had Humana for over 4 years and I chose them. If I wanted another company I had the choice. If this is the way customers are treated next time I will try another company. I don’t think that this was a fair decision. Please look into this matter before I send this product back

    I recently received two masks in the mail from Humana. I am very thankful. As a public health instructor, I realize the importance of the gift. I know that you are doing outreach during this pandemic in many areas. However, I live in a very low-income area and many people do not even have access to health care or insurance coverage where they would receive a gift like the one you sent to me.

    I am writing to request a donation of masks for give-away to my local Church. Trinity United Church of Christ. Gary. We currently do food give-away every other week and provide staffing for homeless shelters. Our feeding program is not active at the moment, but we are preparing our back to school backpack give away that we do annually. We provide over 600 backpacks with school supplies to our community.

    We are a small church that does big things. A mask give-a-way with the quality masks you have so generously provided to your customers, like me, would be tremendous. The ability to have layers of protection in a washable mask is of significant importance. We would be more than grateful and would share the information of your support with our community news and Christian radio stations. Thank you for your consideration of this important matter.

  3. I’m not sure who to contact with this. I live by the Witherspoon Garage in Louisville KY. There are cars that continually go to the top of the garage and drive recklessly around the roof top. This is not a surprise as you can see the damage on the rooftop. I’ve witnessed several people outside their cars, a car hit a light pole and the noise echoes for several hundred yards
    Security does not respond and the police are very slow to respond. Can you please secure the garage after hours. This is dangerous to the people allowed to drive on the roof as well as huge annoyance to residents in the area

  5. Humana gets +1 for being up front in their TV ads that state ‘to talk to a licensed sales agent’. The other companies are using football and other famous folks to push their ‘help line’ and only in the fine print is it obvious that it is a sales commercial.

    I’m not in the market for this type of coverage now but will consider Humana in the future.

    • Good afternoon sir when it comes down to a great company this is one of the number one I should have been a nice and agent I referred over 50 seniors to this company so I guess you’re wondering why I’m contacting you my concern is that us members are losing our doctors because your transportation system they will cancel without a notification or they don’t show up at all your company needs to take over the transportation system in house I know you have a contract you for separate company they don’t care nothing about us and they’re ruining your reputation that’s a great company please look into this I have lost two doctors we’re not showing up

  6. Apparently Humana likes to make names up and market a barrage mailing with the made up name to an address they never existed at. There is no such person on the mailings I have received over the months and previous years but they keep coming despite any notice to Humana. In this case they took 2 names of 2 different people and put them together and then deluged my address with mailings. Correct your records. Contact me.

  7. I would like to know why there is only grocery store on the Healthy Food card. I live in Ocala FL. Walmart is the only grocery store listed. Then there is CVS a drug store. Walgreen’s another drug store. We do not have krogers or the other stores that are mention.

    Why don’t you support local businesses? Instead of corporate America. The food at Walmart gets shipped from all over the country. Who knows how long it has been in the truck before getting to destination. How is this fresh food?

    I would like to see more produce stands be utilized. The freshest food is bought there. Picked off the vine, bought at the store, cooked for supper and all in the same day. Can’t get any fresher than that.

  9. I have been on the phone for more than 1 hour trying to get a refill for one of my medications….I realize nobody at Humana gives two shits, that is only obvious! So, justify yourself.

  10. I received a PEEHIP Humana Virtual Go365 Presentation invitation in the USPO mail today inviting me to register for a teleconference about Go365.

    NOWHERE ON THE CARD does it say what Go365 is or why I should join the teleconference.

    When I called the number on the card to point this out (877-847-2027), it turned out to be the wrong number.

  12. For more than 4 months we have been fighting with Humana about a premium payment. Humana says they never got the payment and Wells Fargo twice has provided proof that the payment was sent. Every time Humana calls or we call it is the royal run around on the issue. The disputed amount is $17.20 but I am not just going to give up. I guarantee you when we renew it will not be Humana. The company sucks.

  13. I have been with Humana many years as a Senior. I have 2 major issues with them and other Insurance companies in the industry. They use a EXCUSE under the heading of COSMETIC SURGURY to get out of paying what is NEEDED – NOT WANTED in eye surgery and dental. Seniors do not carry debt – so signing up for a loan to pay cost for these things do not work. I retired from the financial world and if you are on SSI only – a loan payment to pay $8000.00 for eye surgery or up to $50k for dental implants is not an option. When a Senior is in NEED medically – they should pay the necessary cost. You can call to discuss but you get no where!
    The insurance industry makes BILLIONS – so why can they not take care of Seniors in this matter? HORRIBLE! So now I go without the medically necessary eye and dental surgery I NEED because they are greedy. NO EXCEPTIONS I am told. Sorry! I am told.
