My name is Amy Meyerholz and I’m a customer of HomeDepot and we need to talk about your credit card policies. I’m not sure if you are aware that you send out active credit cards to your customers ? With that being said, I do have 2 cards, one of which I try not to use, today in the mail I received a new already activated card, to which I did not ask for, I was told that you just periodically send your customers new cards without even notifying that customer? Having been a victim of credit fraud in the past, I’m very leary about applying for credit cards. In fact your credit card is the only credit card that I use in your stores. With that being said I want you to understand that you are putting your customers in a bad position for credit card theft and I find this to be a very bad practice for your company, not only will it impact your customers but also your company, when fraud is detected. I would hope moving forwards that you will address this matter to protect your company’s and your customers best interest
