  1. You should know it’s getting hard to use your diesel When pull up And have have to drive through a diesel spill, then I get to step in in it. It comes home with me as I pull in the drive way it leaves diesel stain then when I track it in the house. Just can’t tell you how mad that makes me, I could just smoke a pickle. It’s not the first time this has happened to me at this station, I used to let them know all the time however they just don’t stay on it. I don’t know who is doing it but somebody doesn’t know how to pump fuel. It sucks going to that station it’s close to me but sucks to use. G&M OIL # 112== 12410 Poway, CA, 92064== 00094955

  2. Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a professor at Georgia Tech developing COVID-19 environmental testing protocols. As part of the development of our assays we have surveyed gas pump handles and octane-level selection buttons at several chevron stations in Atlanta. We have some positive results (i.e., we have detected COVID-19 RNA) that I would like to report to the appropriate person at your company. Could you please refer me to the appropriate contact?

  3. I’m so furious with this company for the simple fact that I’ve been charged to my ban I acct ($75.42) for gas that I DIDN’T PURCHASE!!!! I have 2 receipts showing I pre-paid has for ($5.00) & when I called to resolve this issue with Corporate Office I was told it wasn’t there problem….. so I’m assuming that Chevron is okay with the companies scamming people out of money!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T GET HAS HERE ANYMORE UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO LOSE MONEY 💵

  4. I have been treated very rudely as a customer and given very bad service at the chevron station by your night closing clerk; he used nasty lanange towards me in front of other customers, l’ve lived in this area for many years; even shopped the location when it was a Shell gas. I never been out of place are disrespectful with any of the clerks, but this person have a problem with and towards me for some own known reason and this has been going on for awhile now. I have a right to purchase as many lotto tickets, and cash out my winning tickets at this location, i also make other purchases as well. Please contact me to give me some closure to this matter because it’s very frighting to be made to be treated this way.The location i:s 1355 Blair Bridge Rd. & Riverside Pkwy Suite 200. Austell, Georgia 30168

  5. On Saturday Aug 1, 20, I attempted to purchase gas with my Chevron credit card. I was denied. The card does not expire until the end of August. I called Customer service and was told my card was no longer valid because of lack of use. I am 83 years old and spent almost 3 months in my home not going anywhere because of the Coronavirus. How would use my cards. The least that could have been done is send me a letter telling me that my cards is no longer valid.

  6. My family has had our Chevron card since 1964! My mother changed the card into her name after my father passed away. My mother is deceased and I wanted to get the card squared away before I changed the card into my name. I did. I couldn’t use the card yesterday and was empty. They will not allow me to change it to my name. Now I have no card. They won’t change to my name. I probably will not be able to get a card now. I am a school teacher and I teach fairness. I was not treated with respect or fairness. Is it I paid off the card and you just “dumped” me? Very upset.

  7. I have been having a hard time with getting through to a Chevron’s Executive . I got diesel fuel at a station in Baytown TX which is also called TimeMaxx. After I got fuel I was driving and my truck shut off leaving me broke down on the side of the highway in Hammond La and I was traveling to Atlanta GA. I had to have my truck towed to a local dealership and it was after hours. When the tech started to work on my truck he asked me where was the last place I got fuel and I told him and he said the fuel I got was contaminated and it caused my injectors to go out in my truck. Well this happened on February28th 2020 and Chevron still won’t pay for the damages. My truck is still in the shop and no one from the Chevron Company is willing to correct this situation.

  8. My chevron oil card expired late last year. It took you 6 months to send me a new one.
But I cant use it because it needs to be activated first, Can you do this? The girl did not
know to acitave a card. Can’t you do this? Or do I just not use the card anymore?
