    • You really need to find new ways for your commercials. You’re commercials are very poor. I have really bad PTSD and every time your commercials come on it brings my PTSD to come on. You really need to take another look at them especially the one with the man telling people what to do and slamming things out of their hands. NOT COOL. And you need to train your people how to talk on the phone and not sound so stupid. I’m not even a customer and I would never be and I would not want anybody to be your customer.   2. Hi I ordered Epson ink paid for delivery today next thing I know is I received a text from Amazon lying stating that my package was delivered on my porch even gave a delivery time of 504 today. This is false advertising period I’m reporting to consumer rights

      • I purchased a $100 gift card on March 10th and during the checkout process Amazon put a hold on the purchase and locked out my gift card and during one of my many phone calls to customer service I was told that the purchase was put on hold for suspicious activity on my account although the account was created by Amazon during the checkout process and my was for a 10 string Lyre Harp, a musical instrument and now when I try to load my card I get a message that states that my gift card has been deactivated and although I have contacted customer service several times with also supplying proof of purchase of the gift card, Amazon has yet to honor my purchase with reactivating my $100 gift card.

  3. I got a dam question . How the hell can Amazon tell my wife that she can’t come in til. Her results of her carona test come in. They tell her she can’t work but won’t pay her for the time she’s missing . Do they not realize that the USA is in a dam crisis. People need there dam money. It’s not like she called in or just didn’t go in. And trying to talk to someone in HR is fuc*Ing useless. And no one in Amazon can answer me. They are so dam unorganized it’s crazy.

    • My daughter had same issue and then got notice she was terminated. After a couple days she was told it was a mistake. That all happened a few weeks ago and then last night just a couple hours before she was supposed to start the night shift she got a email she had been terminated again. She reached out to her boss who knew nothing about it. After a full day of panic about being out of work she was finally told it was due to a “miscommunication”. Who is running HR? This is people’s lives! They don’t have the luxury of Mr. Besos bank account. This means food on the table and diapers for the baby!

  4. We have purchased butter fly smart glass 3 burner Model on Diwali festival. Delivery boy left it at my home without checking. When I opened the Packet, burner was broken on many places then we called to customer care for return but till now no action has been taken. we have booked three times for return this gas stove but it is being cancelled by your side every time. Today was also return day but agent cancelled
    so you are requested plz solve the problem and return money in my account.

Why does Amazon talk so much about employees well being and helping them out but when I ask HR if I can get off a little earlier because I have another job to get to and back to Amazon again without sleep. I get quoted policy and they can’t do anything to help. I like working for Amazon but HR rather I quit over 2 hours. How can I be productive and safe without sleep for 3 days straight?

  6. Being a 4 month employee in a basically new Fullfillment Center (6 months), I don’t understand how CEO Jeff Besos thinks that placing packing employees at stations that do not have proper working machines makes for good productivity.
    The unorganized and chaotic way this facility is run on the inside should be an embarrassment to the name on the outside of the building.

Now I have to go through and delete a long list of things I didn’t order and spend half an hour finally deciding that it’s not worth the effort !! This week I’ve cancelled three potential purchases because it has gotten too complicated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. the last two weeks from AMAZON has been a night mare 2 pen refills haven’t shown up they were ordered with about 12 others, my books 5 days to get to me and I get outsourced NOT AMERICAN customer service telling me they will cancel the order for me and I can send back if I ever get the refills, why should I have to pay return shipping I don’t want to return it I just want my stuff in a timely manner and the CS to stop lying and not doing their jobs and they think a limited use $15 credit will placate me??? NOT IN THIS LIFETIME. They changed things in CS too so they don’t have to give you a management specialist.
    I wonder how many BBB complaints they have?

  12. I am a free speech person, it is what this country was built upon, the ability for our founding fathers to work out differences and make it work for all.
    The recent actions of some social media platforms, rumored to include Amazon, only work to divide and control open discussions between Americans.

    As a result, I have cancelled social media (likely better described as antisocial media) and am now cancelling all of my connections with Amazon which include space on their servers, my Prime membership, returning recent purchases etc.

    It is shameful to try to use your platform to control our democratic process.

    I will publish this email to all the patriotic Americans who will listen.

    BTW, I have been a life long Democrat, but deeper than that a red blooded American thru and thru.

I still have my email, i changed my password successfully, but it wont let me past verification by way of my old phone. I tried making a new account, i tried customer service 6 times..i just want my old accounts telehone number changed..its not rocket science..but apparently it is.

On site HR and the ERC, I been with Amazon almost 2 years.Hoping to get my job back has been a very confusing process. Filing an appeal not sented in a timely fashion. Amazon Appeal panel are staff with people who lie and falsify record as proof I worked for Amazon for 7 months i went to training and got my TDR certifcate, continued training became a Ambassador and went to training got my fork lift certification, 60 days of forklift i had and qccident and was terminated i put in for an appeal did not hear from no one for 30 days so i email HR and Appeal panel ( Lies) #1-first response Email was i did not put my Appeal request in time which is within 7 days of termination,,,well i sent them the Email of the day i requested an appeal which was 2 days after I was fired..#2- then Appeal panel sent me a Email saying that they are changing there Appeal process and once that its complete they would reach out to me…that never happen i continue to email them for…#3 I recieved an Email saying that they are back up with appeals and appeals are taking longer than usual suggested that i continue to wait.. 2 months requesting an appeal and requesting if there is a time frame for an appeal to take place.(Falsify records) #3 finally in December I got and Email for HR/.Appeal panel requesting a date that I would be available to participate in a virtual appeal i return a email with a date and time and stated that i would be available that entire day for virtual appeal…2 or 3 days went by and i didnt hear from the Appeal so I Email them and i recieved an Email from Appeal panel saying that the Appeal took place and I was present and had the chance to explain my appeal and that after that their disicion stands BUT I NEVER WAS PRESENT AT ANY APPEAL NOR DID I GET TO EXPLAIN THERE WAS NEVER A VIRTUAL APPEAL I PARTICIPATED IN..last email i got before the Virtual Appeal was that termination for safety is not elgible for an Appeal now they email and said that they had an Appeal and that i was present at the appeal …Lies and False records Im so confused. please help me

HRl I worked for Amazon for 7 months in that short time went to different training and recieved by TDR certifcation, Forklift certification, and my Ambassador training where i oriented many new employees including to new hiree managers, I had many UPT and PTO time so i didi abuse my time, I was never recieved and write up or verbal warning, but because i was a new forklift driver i operated a broken forklift that at the time i didnt know that i was broken and i had accident no injuries so i was terminated >>I could see if that had revoked my forklift license but to terminate a good employee i not the Amazon that i had faith in

  27. I’m completely disgusted with Amazon. I returned a computer months ago. The 3rd party agreed to refund me because they sold me a computer that was 2 years old and already out of manufacturer’s warranty. I was told I was past the return date and out of luck. That’s when I put in a claim with my bank. The 3rd party said they would then refund me if I returned the computer which I did. I have proof of all of this. Still no refund. I called customer service again who then said I had to cancel the claim with my bank. I did this too and I have proof of that. I found out later that this wasn’t true at all and now my bank could no longer help me. Your people are told to lie and cheat and never give the customer their money back. This is despicable. I called customer service again. They stayed on the line with me for a long time to speak directly to my bank and they spoke to the bank personnel who confirmed that I didn’t get the refund. I contacted the charge back department once again who said I should get the money within days. After a month, no money. I contacted them again. They said they can’t help me and to talk to my card issuer. The card issuer is my bank because it was a debit card. They are running me around in circles ON PURPOSE. They are stealing over $700 from me and I need a NEW computer not one that is unused but 2 years old. I contacted the 3rd party out of desperation to send me the computer and they told me they already refunded me.
    What gives with you people? I can’t get a straight answer and I know you’re all doing this on purpose. I will go to Better Business Bureau next, Yelp and whomever else in addition to another poor rating for this 3rd party seller. I have no other recourse from a huge monopoly like you but you are stealing money and have unscrupulous business practices.

    In this branch, all powerful people are Indians
    And the best jobs and positions are for Indians and the rest of the workers have hard jobs !! The word racism can be felt in this branch! We are not even allowed to complain, because the head there is also Indian, the rest who are not Indians work in picking positions, and no matter how much they ask for transfer to easier positions, no one will answer them !!

  31. Amazon stole $500.00 dollars from me. Upon making an order with my gift card it was suddenly cancelled and my balance withheld. I was asked asked to produce the gift card purchase receipt and the sender’s e-mail which I did but to no avail. Up to this day I have yet to get a reply. I suspect wrong doing by customer service and or higher authority in regards to the gift card. What is being done at amazon is called STEALING and it is disgusting the stress they cause. People be forewarned that amazon does what it wants to who it wants. I just whish one day soon a billion dollar class action lawsuit is brought against them.

    • Sounds like something PayPal would do. Amazon has gotten too big for their own britches. No recourse, no way to talk to a human, scammers allowed to send fraudulent emails, etc. After ordering I usually get an email saying the shipment date has changed, then another one saying my order has been cancelled. My order winds up being sent anyway and arriving around the stated date. They don’t care if you suffer unnecessary worry. Yesterday I received a dinosaur bubble machine I didn’t order in an Amazon package. Lots of shipment stickers but no return address. There is no recourse. No way to find out who sent it or why. I guess I can live without Amazon. I will support local businesses who could use my hard-earned cash.

    • Forget Amazon. Start using retail stores to order things for you. They have multiple catalogues and can help you find what you want. If you pick up your item at the store, the shipment is usually free.

  33. I would like you to know that UPS has lied to my daughter and has ruined her wedding by not delivering her package on time. UPS said she could pickup her pkg at the Ruston office they drove there and nobody showed up then they said her package was delivered to the wrong address. UPS has no professional conduct at all and should be put out of business or hire Management that truly cares about yours and theirs customers. As a person that has been in Management for over 20 years the customer has always come 1st. We are not your biggest client but since this has happened. My wish is you would change the way you do business with people that lie to their customers and investigate these people. Thanks Amazon for your part but please investigate this company for their actions my daughter is just 1 and no telling how many others they’ve lied to. HAPPY EASTER.
