  1. I am having a bad customer service experience with supervisors in your life insurance department and it’s time to go beyond them and notify greater persons of my issue with customer service and AIG. My next step is advising your CEO of AIG’S inefficient client services. I’ve been a life insurance customer for 20 years. My policy # is ******2L. Early this year I decided to have my monthly insurance premiums deducted from the accrued cash value of my policy. I am a senior living on a fixed income and the savings of $25.20 per month from my checking account is necessary to my survival. However, despite my several telephone requests from general customer service and customer service supervisors, I havent any documented evidence that this premium is actually being deducted from my cash value. The annual July statements DO NOT SHOW any premiums being paid on the ACTIVITY STATEMENT. I have asked many times for such written evidence and no one seems to be able to provide such evidence, leaving me to believe my premiums are not being deducted from my cash value and AIG will refuse my heirs the benefit of my policy upon my death. Supervisor “Chris” literally argued with me concerning my issue, a really concerning behavior for a supervisor. Supervisor “Paul” made promises to call me back and never did. This is what i want from AIG: a statement of some sort, on your letterhead, noting that my quarterly, or monthly premiums of a specific amount, are and will be continuously deducted from my cash value until the cash value is depleted or I re-assume premium payments. DO YOU THINK YOU CAN OBLIGE THIS or do I need to contact the CEO of the improper customer relations your company is practicing. I expect a prompt response from your supposedly reputable organization, that which i have not experienced. Thank you.
